OK NOW IM PISSED......
i specifically called chegg two weeks ago checking to see if I need to return an access code i rented…they said NO because I didnt get a textbook and that it will just expire when its due…….tell me why my debit card got charge $11.03 for an extension fee for an “access code” that i can no longer access. And now since im just getting home and they didnt send that email...
